What is a vendor? A vendor is a company that offers a product or service for sale. In this case, the factory that manufactured our multi-million-dollar scrubs brand, amongst many other successful scrubs brands, is the vendor.
Why should I purchase the Cscrubs vendor instead of finding my own? The Cscrubs vendor has been proven to deliver quality scrubs for over many years to Cscrubs, which generated millions in sales. Not only have the scrubs been of quality, but the fair pricing has also allowed us to triple returns; all will receive excellent customer service and on-time orders. From time to time, we experienced customs delays, and our vendor kept us in the loop to ensure the order was safely delivered to our warehouses. Does the vendor do international business? Yes, the vendor ships to most countries worldwide as they are located in Asia.
Will I get scrubs included with my package? No. You will not receive physical scrubs included in your package; you will be given access to our vendor through electronic documents with our exclusive vendor information, along with a complete ordering guide to help you place your first order.
Where are scrubs sold? Scrubs are typically sold to healthcare providers both online and directly to healthcare facilities. Purchase the Silver package and up if you need the sales/marketing blueprint that we used to scale Cscrubs to over $12 million in sales from both retail and wholesale business.
What is your refund policy? In the unlikely event you cannot get in contact with the vendor upon receiving information (be sure to check spam), or the vendor goes out of business within 45 days before you could place an MOQ order, and we are unable to connect you with another vendor partner, we will give you an 100% refund for the vendor fee of $2500.00. Please note that an MOQ order within 45 days is required for the warranty to apply.
